He has been advisor to mergers & acquisitions, as well as, neobanks and traditional banks operating in the European digital banking segment. Additionally, he advised on the London Resort, a multi-billion theme park project of national significance for the UK government. He was also an advisor to the Ministry of Finance of Cyprus with regards to the future development of the Cyprus Stock Exchange. He is the Chairman of the Hellenic Bankers Association – UK and a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers and the City of London. Louis is a frequent presenter at some of the world’s leading universities, whereas, his articles have been featured in The Economist and Forbes. He holds a BSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from LSE and an MSc in Mathematical Finance from Christ Church College, University of Oxford.
